1. Digital Content Delivery & Statutory Rights
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day statutory right of cancellation does not apply to digital downloads once the download or streaming of the content has commenced with the consumer's express agreement.

While statutory rights for uncorrupted digital files are limited once accessed, we are committed to ethical commerce and reader satisfaction. If you encounter any of the following, please contact us immediately:
- Technical Defects or Corrupted Files: If a file fails to render on your standard e-reader or reader app, our support team will provide replacement formats or a prompt refund.
- Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same title twice under the same or different emails, we will immediately refund the duplicate transaction.
