2. Digital Ebook Licenses & Personal Use

Upon completing payment for an ebook or collection bundle, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, read, and retain the DRM-free digital files (EPUB and PDF) solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not redistribute, resell, broadcast, sublicense, or publicly transmit the ebook files or derivative excerpts without express written permission from ABBAS TAQVI LTD.

3. Pricing, Currency & Payments

All prices on our bookstore are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP, £) inclusive of any applicable digital taxes. Payment is charged at the time of order via our certified payment gateway (Stripe).

4. Digital Delivery & Access

Digital files are delivered immediately upon confirmation of payment via download links on the checkout confirmation page and automatically credited to your email-associated "My Library" portal.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
